Lead Times Terms and Conditions
At Starline Tents, we pride ourselves in our industry-leading printing and delivery times and strive to provide you with exceptional marketing products at competitive prices. We ship our custom branding materials using the following shipment methods and delivery times:
- Frames ship via UPS Ground immediately after your artwork is approved and are delivered in 1-5 business days.
- Prints ship via UPS Express immediately after manufacturing and are delivered in 2-3 business days.
- These terms ensure that we can reliably have most orders arrive to your door within 5 business days of artwork design approval.
Most custom products will be delivered within 5 business days after your design is confirmed, excluding large or bulk orders.
Every order is unique, and depending on the products you choose and the complexity of the design, printing and delivery times can vary. Free design proofs are sent within 1 business day after submitting your designs.
We begin production on the next business day after you approve your design. Designs need to be approved by 12 pm PST for us to begin production the next business day.
Starline Tents needs a written response via email approving design proofs. Failure to respond via email by 12 pm PST may result in delays and/or rush delivery fees.
Starline Tents shall not be held liable for delayed or missed deadlines caused by shipping carriers. Deliveries are solely the responsibility of the carrier and cannot be controlled by Starline Tents once shipped.
Custom-printed orders are ineligible for exchange or return.
Starline Tents reserves the right to change the shipping method depending on delivery destination, cost, and expected transit times.
